Jose Medina

Jose Medina, MA-HRM, SPHR, is the Director of Human Resources. In this role he is responsible for the entire HR function, including recruitment, retention, compensation administration, and employee relations. He has more than 13 years of experience in Human Resources and recently completed work for a doctorate in the field, focusing on organizational leadership and management.

His goal as an HR director is to develop and foster working relationships with management and employees at all levels and maintain a positive employee relations climate.
