Yoga and Zumba Classes

Advantage Club members can now take advantage of free yoga and Zumba classes being offered at Alvarado Hospital. Classes are one hour and parking is free in the parking garage. Classes may be moved to a different location to accommodate another hospital event.

To ensure the class is not been canceled or moved to a different location, please call ahead at 619-287-3270:

Yoga – West Tower Conference Room
Bring mat and towel (block and bands optional)

• Mondays at 4:30 p.m.

Zumba – Classes begin March 2 – Classrooms 1-3
Bring a towel

• Thursdays at 5 p.m.
